14-day refund policy

If the first-pass workflow does not help you reach a clearer next decision, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Submit the request through the JVZoo purchase portal or email support@productgreenlightsystem.com from the address used at checkout and include the order number.

Approved refunds are returned through the original transaction and may take additional processing time to appear. This policy must be read together with the retailer and payment-provider rules that apply to the transaction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product license and intellectual property

Your purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and internal business decision-making. You may complete and adapt the included workbook, prompts, and planning materials for your own ideas and projects.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, upload, redistribute, reproduce for others, or use the product files to create a competing or derivative commercial product. Affiliates may use only the promotional assets supplied for that purpose and must follow the affiliate compliance guidance.
